About the Role
We are currently working on expanding Welcome in a number of cities across the world and transform Welcome to a global leader in its field. To do that, apart from a hard-working and resourceful team, we need local help from problem-solving, entrepreneurial-spirited people like you.
In your capacity as a City Launcher, you will help us fast-track the process of finding the ideal driver candidates we are looking for, and also assist with sorting out questions we have about the destination.
What you'll do
- Help us understand the destination better by completing the destination overview and assisting with our understanding of the legal landscape and pricing setup
- Bring qualified driver leads so we can operate in your destination and provide the level of services we opt for
Requirements
- Fearless. You can be dropped in the middle of the ocean and will survive. A person who thrives under pressure and can work backward to complete a mission.
- Doer. You are an execution machine.You deliver tasks on or before time
- Creative. You go above and beyond our guidance lead sourcing strategies to achieve the goal
- Closer. You can convince easily a driver or a company about the necessity of working with Welcome Pickups
- Resourceful problem-solver. A real hustler who can get to a solution faster than anybody else.
- Strong multi-tasker with an exceptional ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
